Christopher Clarke's test grades are very low, to the point of failing and being removed from a SP class. His behavior in class is very immature at times. He barely puts forth any effort. Overall as a team we feel that the after school program could be beneficial.

January 12, 2012
Kevin Farley is a very intelligent student. However Kevin does not exert any effort, using his disability as an excuse (IEP for dyslexia) not to do his work. He avoids it by being voluble in place of writing or reading. Overall, Kevin has potential to do his work if he gained more confidence in abilities despite his IEP. Kevin is also distracted and it is hard for him to focus.

January 19, 2012
Rashawn Purvis is friendly but refuses to do any work. He tries to play music on his headphones or read a book in place of work. Phone calls have been made home and a grandparent spoken to but to no avail.

Christopher Clarke has still shown no improvement. The same behaviors are displayed. Once in a blue moon he will do his work, but this is rare.

March 8, 2012
Kevin Farley seems more disinclined to do his work. He will engage in conversation with other students to avoid the task at hand. I spoke to Mrs. Hunenberg and she agrees that Kevin is quite intelligent and looks for ways to avoid his responsibility.
